Why do you want this Rank- So I can help people build anything and run people through the rules of the server
Are you banned on any other servers and why- No all i do is help people build and build myself
Have you ever been to jail and why- i have been jailed once for using caps.

Hello,
There is one problem you dont have enough game time you need 40 hours and currently you have 9 hours so you need about 31 more hours.
Sense you didnt have enough game time the promotion is denied. You can repost another in 14 days ( 2 weeks )
